For those of you who have trouble in installing Solidworks 2007 in your system, then follow this procedure.
NOTE: this works only in WINDOWS XP
1. Install solidworks with what ever package you want, with the key 9906 0507 7219 7902
( i installed solidworks office - the 2nd option on the installation wizard)
2. Leave the registration code blank and hit next
3. Install it where ever you want. Then restart your system
4. Now only the trail pack is activated.
5.Now go to run from start menu.
6. type regedit and hit ok
7.Open in this order HKLocal Machine\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\Security
8. click Security and you can see a key no. on the right side.
9.Now edit that by double click.
10. change the serial key to 0001 0001 0736 0361
11. Now close it and open Solidworks
12. It will ask for registration key, Give according to your type selected
